The fifth property in the Andaz collection, Andaz 5th Avenue is located in the fashionable Bryant Park area of Midtown Manhattan, across from the iconic New York Public Library. The 184-room hotel will bring a vibrant setting and engaging hospitality to the center of this popular neighborhood. Interior spaces of the 184-room hotel, created by designer Tony Chi, will be inspired by distinctive elements of New York City.

Hyatt Miami at The Blue, the 17-acre hotel property in Doral, Fla. is adjacent to some of the most famous golf courses in the world and just minutes from Miami International Airport. The includes 15-three story villas, each with 16 hotel suites comprised of studios with more than 700 square feet, one bedroom units with over 1,000 square feet and two-story, three bedroom units with more than 2,000 square feet of space.

A little more than three years after its first hotel debuted, the rapidly growing Hyatt Place brand opened its 150th hotel, Hyatt Place Charleston Airport/Convention Center. The 127-room hotel is less than two miles away from Charleston International Airport and adjacent to the Charleston Area Convention Center, which offers nearly 80,000 square feet of exhibit space. The North Charleston Performing Arts Center and North Charleston Coliseum, both popular entertainment venues, are also just steps away from the hotel.  Hyatt Place Charleston Airport/Convention Center is also conveniently located near Boeing’s facility and just eight miles from downtown Charleston.

The opening of Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport-South and Hyatt Summerfield Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport-South completes the final phase of the country’s first joint Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites development. The 149-room Hyatt Place hotel and the 143-suite Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotel are located less than three miles from Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades Cruise Terminal.  

Hyatt Travel Agents Website
In April, Hyatt introduced a new travel agent website, demonstrating its commitment and dedication to the travel agent community. The new site is a central place for agents to find all relevant information and tools about Hyatt, from agent commission information to brochure requests. Registered agents can also easily access a tool for client bookings as well as confirm reservations for themselves at up to 50% off prevailing room rates.

Pride Welcome Package
In celebration of Gay Pride festivities occurring throughout the year, Hyatt has introduced a new offer, the Pride Welcome package, available now through December 30, 2010. Available at more than 125 participating Hyatt hotels and resorts throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific, the Pride Welcome package includes standard guestroom accommodation, full breakfast for two daily, a 4 p.m. late check out, a welcome amenity, and local LGBT-relevant information from the concierge.
