| PROGRAM ENROLLMENT |
New members may enroll in Hyatt Gold Passport online at goldpassport.com, by calling 1-800-51-HYATT or by filling out an application at the front desk of any Hyatt hotel. Members will receive a Hyatt Gold Passport account number immediately upon enrollment. There is no membership fee. |

| MEMBERSHIP | Hyatt Gold Passport offers two elite membership levels with which to reward its most loyal guests. Benefits of elite status are available when staying at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency locations. Select in-hotel tier benefits are available at Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites properties. |

| EARNING | Points or Miles: Members receive five Hyatt Gold Passport points per eligible dollar spent at Hyatt to use towards free nights. Members may choose miles instead of points and earn 500 miles* per stay toward free travel with 34 participating travel partners. Car Rentals: Members may also earn 300 Hyatt Gold Passport points when renting from Avis or Sixt Rent-a-Car (Europe only). A Hyatt stay is not required. *Use of the term 'miles' is a generic term that refers to all travel partner currency, including credits, kilometers, miles and points. |
| TRAVEL PARTNERS: When choosing miles for stays, members may select from among Hyatt's 34 participating travel partners: Aeroméxico® (1,000 kilometers), Air Canada, Air China (800 kilometers),Air France/KLM, Alaska Airlines, All Nippon Airways, American Airlines, Amtrak (500 points), Asiana Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines (800 points), Continental Airlines®, Delta Air Lines®, Emirates, JAL, Jet Airways, Korean Air, LAN (1,000 kilometers), Lufthansa, Mexicana (625 miles), Midwest Airlines, Northwest Airlines®, Qantas Airways (600 or 1,000 points), Royal Brunei Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Southwest Airlines® (0.5 credits), Thai Airways International, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines®, US Airways® and Virgin Atlantic Airways (750 Miles). |

| AWARDS | Free Nights and Upgrades: Members may redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points for free night awards at Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Hyatt Summerfield Suites and Hyatt Vacation Club Resort locations worldwide. Members may also redeem Hyatt Gold Passport points for an upgrade to a Regency/Grand Club room or a suite at Hyatt. Convert Points to Miles: Members have the option to convert their Hyatt Gold Passport points to airline miles with participating travel partners at a ratio of 2.5 Hyatt Gold Passport points to one airline mile. Members can also earn 5,000 bonus miles when they redeem 50,000 points for miles: The initial 20,000 miles are received, plus 5,000 bonus miles, for a total of 25,000 miles. Transfer or Purchase Points: All members may transfer awards or combine points with another Hyatt Gold Passport member to redeem an award. Members may also purchase up to 10% of the total points required for redemption at US $10 for every 500 points, up to 10,000 points within a calendar year.
